How to configure the SSL Certifiacate for JIRA

We reference https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/running-jira-applications-over-ssl-or-https-861253906.html to configure the SSL. Howerver, we couldn’t import the certificate.

Please help us to check this and advise.

Answer accepted

There is a issue with your private key store in keystore. May be deleted. I suggest you to create new keystore and try again.

Please refer https://serverfault.com/questions/456033/keytool-import-certificate-fails-public-keys-in-reply-and-keystore-dont-match as well.

This should resolve you problem.
