When customers access our portal and want to check their open tickets, they get a pulldown where the default Status says "Open requests." We use different statuses so by default, they see nothing. If they do open the pulldown, they see a list of statuses for every Jira project we have. Is there a way to default the status to the values we want and limit the list of options to just those for the project they're in?
There is a Suggestion logged with Atlassian Support on this - all statuses should not be shown in customer portal to filter the request . There's been little activity and not much interest. If this applies to your environment, please consider voting and watching it.
