How to change the language of custom fields content

Hi,

Is there a way of changing the lenguage of the options in custom fields?

The Custom fields types are:

- Select List (single choice)

- Checkboxes

Currently I have everything in spanish, but would like to have the options in english. For exemple, changing the options Si/No to Yes/No.

I have only found a way to change the name and description of the custom field, but not its content.

This is currently not possible by default.
