Reports in Jira Service Desk are great to track the agents’ work and what is happening on the project, but currently, it doesn’t have many options for customization.
With that said, it’s not possible to change the type of graphic that shows this information.
We don’t have any feature requests suggesting the implementation of this ability, so please, feel free to raise one on jira.atlassian.com (project JSDCLOUD) adding more information about why this feature is important for your environment.
