How to change the caption of Cancel in customer request page?

Hi,

In Jira Service Desk, How can i change the caption of the Cancel option available to the end customer?

I would like only to rename it, not to change the functionality?

Answer accepted

The display is controlled by the transition name in the workflow. Edit the workflow, find "Cancel", double-click to edit and rename. Not this will rename for your agents as well.

project settings > workflows

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
