I want to change technical contact details . I want to transfer it to another person. currently, we are using the trial version JSM datacenter. what are the steps to do?
old thread but so done with atlassing and its billing. never seen such a mess where you can't get invoices on the same page as billing, you cant as org owner see all the billing and information only that assigned.
The easiest way to do this is log into my.atlassian.com, the landing page is the list of applications you are named as the technical and/or billing contact on. So you can go into them, add your new person, and remove yourself once they've confirmed they have access.
You can have multiple contacts there, you don't have to replace.
