How to change UI from "Jira Product Discovery" to "Jira"

I use Jira with two accounts, in two computer, window and mcOS, the UI was not the same as you can see in the following picture and some features can not use both together. Note that this two accouts are registered in the same company.

How to change UI from the "Jira Product Discovery" to "Jira"

Do both accounts have product access to Jira Software (JSW) and Jira Product Discovery (JPD)?

It seems that the account from you second picture doesn't have a JSW license.
