How to automatically remove a request type from a portal group?
Any reflection on the below:
How to automatically remove a request type from a portal group?
I have been trying to use the automation rules (namely: "Send a Web Request") since this can only be achieved through API.
url being used to identify groupIds
/rest/servicedeskapi/servicedesk/{ServiceDeskId}/requesttype
But I can till now find the syntax to make this "groupIds" null.
Any help/pointers would be appreciated.
