I've migrated our service desk project from Mantis to JSM.
The system consists of a JSM instance on the Cloud and a Jira server instance connected vai Exalate.
Now we are facing some troubles with tickets generate by e-mails. The issue is that at copying the description from JSM to Jira server, the format, from time to time appears not readable.
So we are wondering if there's a way to attach the received e-mail (the one originating the ticket) into the created ticket.
