I want to assign automatically issues to a specific agent and at the same time I want to set the highest priority and send a generic initial response for those issues,

Is there a way to do this? if there is can you share your ideas?

the answer depends on more info, e.g. what conditions define who the issue is assigned to. if all issues are assigned to a single agent then it is easy but if the assignee is different based upon conditions then what are they? Similarly if you want all issues to be highest just set the default as such. If there are conditions on priority what are they? For the initial response just go to project > Project settings > customer notifications and edit the Issue Created text.
