Hi

welcome to community!

If you have already configured Customers in Organizations, it’s better to either leave them as they are or find a suitable time window to remove and reorganize them all.

First, remove all Customers. Then, from the Jira App section, go to Organizations, select the desired Organization, and re-add all Customers (up to 50 at a time, with email addresses separated by commas) without sending the invitation link again.

Refer to this guide if you need to remove Customers, to add customer refer to this steps the experience should still the same.

Hi @Svitlana

Yes, there is.

Go to the Customer option in a JSM space, here you manage your customers, also there is a tab for organizations, where you can select the org and add customers.

You will have to enable the JSM space feature "Customer and organisation profiles"

To manage any customer, thus has to be done on site level in Atlassian Administration.
