I need to add support contract details on JSD project wich are:
- Start date
- End date
- Effort
- Customer
- Status
Please note that a JSD project may be associeted to many support contracts.
Something like Version may satisfy our needs.

@[deleted], there are two components to an answer here. The first deals with how to add these new fields and is easy to answer the second depends on what you mean by "support contract details", i.e. what are your ultimate requirements.
Assuming you are a system admin you can add new custom fields:
You can then make these field required if desired at various transitions. There is a lot of documentation on the Atlassian support site for how to add custom fields.
Beyond simply adding these fields I can't really provide further recommendations of best practices, etc. But if you have further questions please let the Community know here.

Custom fields on issues can not fulfill our needs, Version is already used, otherwise it can be used for that purpose.
