I'm struggling with adding the help center URL to the connected software project.
With a basic subscription, I would like to make automation that will copy tickets from the service project to the software project with link to the help center. I've been able to create a rule to copy tickets, but I can't find a way how to add a URL to the help center.
The rule output should be a copy of the ticket with the linked issue and web link to the help center.
If I use {{issue.url.customer}} I get only blank space

Could you maybe share screenshots of your automation rule?
What you can see from the screenshot below should work - creating a new Jira issue with the ticket URL for customers from the JSM project. I've just pasted it into Description fields, but you can use another field if necessary.

the issue was type of the project. We used team managed project, where the portal URL is not supported.
