How to add a SharePoint Teams site to Rovo SharePoint Connector

In order to manage content for the Rovo Connector for SharePoint, it wants the URL to be in the format of https://<domain>.sharepoint.com/sites/<SiteName>

But there are other SharePoint sites in the format of https://<domain>.sharepoint.com/teams/<SiteName> and the connector says the URL is invalid.  It can't read SharePoint sites that are "teams" sites.

How can we get this supported so we can read these sites of data too?

Hi @Mullin_ Joe ,

How did you initially connect SharePoint with Rovo?

If you're an org admin, it should be fairly easy to make the initial connection:

  1. Navigate to admin.atlassian.com
  2. Go to Apps > AI settings > Rovo (some sites are on a newer experience so this might be a bit different)
  3. Select Add connector and select Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive

Next, you'll need to add the connector name and tenant ID, which will connect the whole Microsoft tenant and all sites under it.

Now, I'm not a Microsoft expert, so I can't comment on the structure of that area, but for each team in our environment, we also have a site, and I'm not sure where the /teams path leads to 🤔

Can you maybe share an example of what this /teams directory looks like?

Cheers,
Tobi
