Hi there, Could you explain me how I can add a "Due Date" field on a ticket form?
I cannot see this field on the project settings menu.
For example, I choose the type [System] Problem in the category Incident.

First of all, you need to add the field to the screen and make sure that it isn't hidden by the field configuration.
Go to Screens in your project settings, select the Screen Scheme associated with the Issue Type and make sure it's on the issue screen for the Create issue operation screen. It should also be visible on the View issue operation screen and if needed, the Edit issue operation screen.
