We have clients\Customers that need to have the option to see all their tickets that their own organization support agents opened (in the Help center).
In the search (on the left), I can only search for words contained in the issue summary
I want to have the option to search by the requester and by timeframe (Last 7 or 30 days) and sorting the list by requesters is not helpful enough.
In the next picture it's how it looks:
So How can I add such filters?
Also, is there any option to build a report? report that will have each of the tickets by requesters in the organization that I will choose.

You are quite limited with the out of the box tools to filter the 'Requests' section. However, my team created an app - Advanced Portal Reports, which allows you to add diverse filters to the report. It has a free trial, we hope you give it a try!
