How to add Approvers in Jira service desk?

HI, 

I am looking to add approvers list such that the user can select a specific approver from the list of drop down in the approver field.

Hi @swethareddy addaganti

Service desk installs the field Approvers by default but it can be changed.

The Approval step in the workflow will define the custom field id for the approver field as workflow status properties. e.g.

approval.field.id = CustomField_10104

You can change this to your own use picker
