In Jira Service Management's asset feature, when using the "asset search from the portal screen," is it possible to specify searches as prefix matches or exact matches when displaying search results?
Currently, partial matches return too many results, which makes it difficult to find specific assets.
If possible, I would like to achieve this using only standard functions. Is this possible?
