Is there a way that when a client files a ticket at JIRA Service Desk, a ticket will be automatically created also in the JIRA Software?
e.g.
1. Client Creates a ticket at JIRA Service Desk for Project A
2. After successful creation, a ticket will be automatically created at JIRA Software for Project A

I think it possible if SD/software is running in one instance and using some plugins like as scriptrunner or automation.
Or maybe use Jira API and post function (fire event) but it hardest.
