Which SQL should I use to bring the SLA related information from Jira Service Desk?

We are using PostgreSQL.

Hi @Felipe Vilhes, I'd strongly suggest exploring JQL; have a look at JQL queries specific to SLAs. However, if you still want to use the database, you can find tables and some examples at How to Troubleshoot SLAs in Jira Service Management.

Cheers.

Hi @Ivan Lima,

thanks for the feedback.

For our scenario, we will probably use Jira's Rest API to get the data we want.

The JQL documentation you provided will be of great support for us to build the queries.
