How to Create unique Customer Portal Pages per Project?

Is it possible to create a unique URL or customer portal page per project? I would like to create individual portal pages for individual projects or at least restrict customer access to certain projects and no option to go back to the main portal page/url and access other projects (or knowledge base articles).

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When it comes to URL customization, currently, this option is not available for Jira Service Management. 

The URL for each portal will show the ID of the project and this is created automatically, it's not possible to change. 

It's also not possible to restrict them to only view a project, all customers will have access to the portal's main page. 

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:
