Hello community members,

I'm currently working on customizing the Post-Incident Review (PIR) Summary Report in Jira Service Management, and I need help. I want to add additional fields such as "Impacted Ecosystem" and "Root Cause" to the summary table generated in the PDF report.

Could you guide me on the steps to achieve this customization? I'm specifically looking to enhance the information captured in the PIR Summary Report for a more comprehensive overview of incidents.
