Is there a database query I can run for this or is there a way to build a global report that will track overall Service Desk usage and license use?
Also if I can build a "master" report that shows activity and metrics for all Service Desk project, can I create a dashboard from that as well?
in cloud I can go to the system admin area and Billing to get this info. you can also go to User Management and look by application access.
