How long does it take for Webhook spec changes to become effective?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Having successfully set-up a webhook, I've made a change to the label from jira_escalted to that shown below.
However, some 20 mins later, the webhook still appears to be sending out the old spec label.
The above is related to the JIRA (Cloud)> Zendesk integration, but my question appears related to how long before changes does those changes take to become effective.
