Does have someone experience in integrate Jira Service Management with Azure DevOps? Do I need third party interface?
Hi @Mario
Welcome to the community , this should be according to your scope of integration and which level of it required to satisfy your needs , is it Jira & azure devops pipeline integration or Issue synchronization.
but I would recommend plugins like Exalate to start your search with and here you can find an article How to Set up a Jira Azure DevOps Integration: The Comprehensive 2021 Guide
Thanks in advance

Ho Mohamed,
thanks for your answer. First of all, in Jira I should be able to categorize issues in changes. Afterward, I would like to forward the changes from jira to azure devops. When forwarding, information from the change should also be taken over.

Integrating Jira Service Management (JSM) with Azure DevOps helps bridge the gap between IT service management and DevOps, ensuring seamless collaboration, better visibility into product changes and efficient handling of customer feedback.
This integration can be achieved by using tools like Exalate or Zapier or by leveraging the Azure DevOps for Jira app available on the Atlassian Marketplace. With the right setup teams can stay aligned, work more efficiently and deliver faster resolutions. You can also consider some top devops companies like CONTUS Tech, Apptha and Apphitect for this type of solutions.
