Hi my company is looking into implement a customer service management solution and right now we are describing between ServiceNow and Jira SD. There are a few outstanding questions that I was hoping to ask as part of informing our decision:
1: Our customers raise tickets through our own proprietary Extranet which is currently linked to a bespoke version of ServiceNow. The extranet does other things outside of CSM (knowledge base, service catalogue etc.) so we will need to continue using it in conjunction with the back end service support solution. How does Jira SD integrate to this? Can customers continue to raise tickets through the extranet and it automatically be raised in JIRA?
2. We need to be ISO27001 compliant and I know ServiceNow offers this compliance through their seOps and GRC modules; does Jira provide anything similar?
3. How does a population and continued maintenance of our CMDB work within Jira?
