How do you provide customers with access to SLA reports via Customer Portal

Rick Perks

I’ve poked around all the project settings and customer permissions, but I can’t find any way to let customers review SLA reports themselves via the customer portal.

Does this ability exist?

If not then can I work around by automatically generating new reports each month and publishing via knowledge base?

Thanks

Hello,

This is possible with our app - Advanced portal reports. You can show SLA times both on the issue view in the Portal or in the Advanced report for all issues.

Feel free to try it out.

Cheers,

Boyan

Hi @Rick Perks ,

You can use Time to SLA to show your customers SLA start, end, target dates, remaining, elapsed and pause durations in customer portal.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

Regards,

Gökçe

This isn’t possible OOTB. You could use your KB approach although I am unsure if those reports are immediately available in Confluence. If not you could take a screenshot and paste it into the knowledge base page. You might peruse the Marketplace for possible solutions.
