Hello !

We are implementing a portal for a specific services.

Customers of the portal are speaking different languages (EN, DE, FR, IT).

We are facing the customfield options translation issue.

  • Do you have any feedback or best practices to create multilanguages portal ?
  • Any app you know that can do the job ?
  • Any script you use ?

We just want to have a select list with options displayed in the user language.

You can create add languages in your portal, using the "Language Support" or you can use add-ons like Google Translation Automation for Jira (JSM) Ticket Language

@Carlos Faddul , the goal here is to have the possibility to translate values of custom field (List , checkbox...).

The "Language Support" is very usefull for the translation in the UI.

@Mike DESILE Positive in this case, one thing I've seen users doing, was installing the google translate extension in the browser. in checkbox and radio button fields, it ends up translating (with a somewhat strange translation in some cases) the values of the fields.
