Welcome @kaan.oruc
You can't import HTML, this can be done in Confluence. The formats supported for Jira are CSV and XML (if you are importing cloud or server instance).
Hi Nikola,
thanks for the fast answer. My Problem is that we need to import a big File with more than 1000 user storys into Jira. All the User Storys are in HTML. Maybe do you know or suggest a way to import the User Storys other than manual ?
I tried to convert the HTML file into a CSV file but unfortunately Jira always display an error message.
Best Wishes

When importing CSV of issues to the Jira. Make sure that your CSV has correct format: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/
Converting from HTML to CSV may create some issues in the file itself. The best is to have the CSV file ready with all of the issues.
