How do link an external jira server to a cloud service desk?

I have two JIRA INSTANCES

A CLOUD External Service desk

B SERVER Internal Pj management

I whish to link INSTANCE A service desk tickets to INSTANCE B jira ticket

i already created an application link, but while using the function "create a linked issue" i can't select the projects coming from INSTANCE B

Hi @Admin ,

• Can you confirm if your JIRA server is linked with Cloud JIRA by checking the URL https://<yourdomain>.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/applinks/listApplicationLinks
• Make sure that it is the PRIMARY one if you have hooked up multiple JIRA instances.
• Please note that you will be able to link tickets between the instances. 
• Are you looking at creating or linking a ticket? Please confirm.
