How do i set the it service desk demo

Hello i subscribe to the trial for Jira service desk but i don't know how it works could somebody help me.

Also we use the light version of the jira service desk i don't want to comprise this part who works perfectly.

thanks for your fast reply. So when i have the light version of Jira service desk i talk about this the basic:

• The Basic project template is good for teams who only need a few request types and one service desk project workflow.
• The IT Service Desk project template comes with a set of default request types, queues, and workflows that IT teams can use to manage changes, incidents, and problems.
• The Customer service project template comes ready to assist external customers who need technical or billing help, or want to suggest new features or report bugs. 

I'm in the cloud verison of Jira. So i subcribe to the trial but it did nothing to our administration console in jira.

I have a few essential questions:

• Are you on cloud or Server?
• Can you elaborate on Light Version of Jira service desk. I don't think there is anything named this way. Do you mean Jira Core or something similar?

Generally I can recommend this Guide for getting started: Getting started with Jira Service Desk  (in the right corner you can switch between Server and Cloud versions)
