I have the problem that customers cannot create requests via the service portal without having to create an account. Do you have any idea how I can fix this problem? It should be possible for customers without a user account to simply open tickets via the service portal.
I get the message “Before you can send this request, please log in” when I try to create a ticket with an unregistered email address

In order to use the portal customers have to sign up for an account before they can submit a request. There is an option to allow anyone to create requests via email without an account but it will create a JSM only account automatically for them.
