How do i get the avatars and images to show after migration?

Hello everyone!

I migrated from a jira server instance to a data center but the avatars and images are not showing and the portal isn't either? Has any of you guys bumped into the same issue? If yes how did you solved it?

Hi @cheikh charles ndiaye ,

early in checking whether it has been reindexed jira and has been tested through an incognito browser? how the results please share with us so that we can correct it?
