How do I view or filter for Service management Agent Users only?

I cannot find a link or filter for jira service management User AGents only, those users which are Agents.

 can you please provide a path to navigate or link for these user Agents?

Welcome to the community! Based on my understanding, you're trying to find a list of all users in a Jira Service Management (JSM) project who are agents. If that’s correct, please follow the steps below along with the provided screenshots:

Go to the specific JSM project and navigate to Project Settings (refer to the screenshot).

Then, go to Access > People and Access. This will display a list of all users who have access to the project. Use the filter to find all agents — they are listed under the role "Service Desk Team".
