We have a form linked to a request, and within the form there is a checkbox question to select all the account types a customer has with us. One of the checkboxes is for Wealth, and if the customer has an investment account we want to notify our wealth department of the request. Is it possible to set up an automation to trigger an email to our wealth department whenever a request is submitted with the Wealth checkbox selected in that form field?

If you're using the Forms feature, you would need to have that field linked to a backend Jira field in order to leverage Automation. Automation cannot read form fields.
