I'm switching from Zendesk. In Zendesk we have email addresses for support eg projectsupport@ourdomain.com. The customer emails it and it creates a ticket. I can see that Atlassian does this but can't see how to set this up in JIRA Service management - if I choose use Microsoft it links to my email address. Any thoughts on how I'd get a support specific email address working?
