How do I require everyone on the approval step to approve before status is moved?

I am using the Service Request Fulfilment with Approvals workflow for Jira Service Desk and I can add multiple customers to the approval step but it the ticket says "1 approval needed".  I would like to make all of them required, can I do that and if so how?

I am using Jira cloud instance.

Hi @Tim Abrams ,

I am speaking from the Server version so I could be off but, when looking at your SD workflow, click on the status you have where it is awaiting approval. It should pop up with the "Add Approval" box ticked (because it is waiting for approval). Click the Configure link beside that and you can tell it ALL must approve.
