How do I replicate a Google form as a Jira form

So I already create a  Google form, now I would like to move this form over to Jira. I do not want to manually input fields and sections.

Can this be done?

Out of the box you cant. Have a look at this app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1225921/google-forms-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud

This might help you. If not, then you have to re-create it manually and according to your needs by using Forms.
