How do I remove restricted, or deleted, Confluence pages from showing in the customer portal?

I have the portal set up to show knowledge base articles for our users. How do I remove restricted, or even deleted, Confluence pages from showing as a suggested page for our users? If the page has been deleted, it should not be shown anywhere in a search, correct? If it is restricted from our users, it should not be given as a suggested article. Oh, I have also purged the Confluence trash from that space. Please assist, if possible.

Per your description, I believe the best way would be to use label restriction on the KB configuration.

Thank you for your assistance @Artur Moura 

However, I seem to still have an issue. In this image from the page you mentioned, it actually shows restricted pages being listed.

In this next image, it states that only pages the user has access to would be shown.

I am still confused on how to have only accessible pages show in the knowledge base for my users.
