I accidently changed the request type by selecting the triage button on the list section of the JSM project and it automatically disconnected the slack thread to assist so im unable to update the ticket using assist. How can i reconnect it? Honestly this is pretty annoying to deal with.
What happens if you switch it back to the original request type?
