How do I prevent receiving multiple mail from the same mail with incoming mail settings?

Hi,

I use jira service desk and our customer create issue with incoming mail server.

I dont want to receive mail from the same adress in 5 minutes.

Is it possible prevent receiving multiple mail from the same mail adress in 5 minutes.
