How do I populate the Approvers field in an SR using the Service Registry?

I am looking to auto populate the Approvers field with the Approvers from a Service in the new Service Registry in a Service Request.

Use case:  I have an SR w/approvals called "Request new software".  I would like to have the customer select a Service using the Affected Services field.  (I have my Service Registry populated with user applications.)   The workflow is then configured to require approval using the Approval group that is set in the SErvice.
