How do I modify the EazyBI reporting?
Would like to edit and modify to make a custom report for managing asset's details.

For creating and managing eazyBI reports, you need to have at least a "User" role for the particular eazyBI account, see more here: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/set-up-and-administer/manage-accounts/account-users

Welcome to the community! 

If having the right permission you can make own reports, copy existing reports and amend them. EazyBI is enormously flexible.  I recommend using all the good resources available on their site: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi?eazybi-for-jira

First - duplicate the report. After this you can modify it with User Interface or programmatically with calculated measures.
