How do I make Header and Footer banners in Customer Portal?

In our customer portal, we need to have banners at the top and bottom of every page. Is there a way to change the actual page layout of the portal pages?

Hi John, I saw these tickets entered in Atlassian's JSM project to enhance customize the portal. JSDCLOUD-2169 and JSDCLOUD-9207

I also found this article regarding footers. JSM Footer I haven't worked with footers myself, but take a look. I hope it helps.

@John Kalla You can also checkout two apps in the marketplace that allow you to customize the portal.

We were able to hardcode header in HTML. Can't remember where..
