Hi guys,
I am seeking for a way to have two different groups have access their respective Service Desk features in the Services Desk portal.
Group A is our internal staff who only want access to Service Desk features where they can send bug issues, change requests etc. within our firm.
Group B is a collection of external clients who only want to access the Services Desk portal so that they can lodge questions of their own to us. Group B will not have access to the same Service Desk features as Group A.
Is this possible in Jira?

I don't think that would be possible in JSM cloud. Workaround would be to have two separate service projects for internal and external users.
