Hi, we used to use Jira for our company, but for now we are taking a break from it.
I need a copy of our data, from a specific project named "TIK".
When I try to access it myself it says "Something went wrong on our end, Hash 1IC01TC".
Please let me know how I can access it, as Atlassian team declined my request to retrieve it since we're not subscribed anymore.
It blocks my company from continuing to operate on critical matters, and I have no idea what to do.

All instances I manage I can access again, after the AWS outage from Yesterday.
Clear you cache and cookies or try an incognito window or another browser.
