How do I get my data back after I'm not subscribed anymore?

Hi, we used to use Jira for our company, but for now we are taking a break from it.
I need a copy of our data, from a specific project named "TIK".
When I try to access it myself it says "Something went wrong on our end, Hash 1IC01TC".
Please let me know how I can access it, as Atlassian team declined my request to retrieve it since we're not subscribed anymore.
It blocks my company from continuing to operate on critical matters, and I have no idea what to do.

Hi,

Can you try connecting to your instance again today?
Yesterday, there was an issue that affected login access for several users.

If you still can’t access your instance, please raise a support ticket.

All instances I manage I can access again, after the AWS outage from Yesterday.

Clear you cache and cookies or try an incognito window or another browser.
