Is it possible to include a Confluence page (or link to at least) within the Customer Portal of your help desk? We are looking to have the FAQ displayed up front when the customer enters the portal - this should hopefully encourage users to try to solve the issue themselves first instead of automatically logging a ticket. Is this possible? From various screenshots I've seen it looks like its possible for a list of "Popular" articles to be displayed on the customer channel, but I'm not sure what settings I need to change to get this to display.
Thanks for your help.
You'll be happy to know this is possible. And here's the guide on how to link your Service Desk project with your knowledge base/Confluence page: Serving customers with a knowledge base

Hope this helps!
Hi Mohamed,
Thanks for getting back to me. We have linked a Confluence knowledge base to our project, and if a customer types text into the search bar, the related Confluence pages will pop up. But I was looking to do is to always have/statically display a Confluence page on the customer portal that is visible without customers first having to search for it. Ideally we would love for the FAQ page to always be displayed on the Service Desk customer portal page (without first needing to search for it).
I've tried to attach a screenshot to better explain what I mean. Appreciate any and all help! Thank you.
