How do I find the corresponding id to a value in a customfield?

I have a custom field that on the front end shows a string like variable in an array but I think that when I write JQL for automations and filters it wants me to use a number. For example I see "Team Name Here" but the corresponding id is 12345.

So, my shortcut for finding the custom field ID is to go look up the custom field and select Edit Details

From there, look on the address bar on the resulting page

What is the actual custom field name? Is "Team" if so, can you try to follow the steps outlined in this question?
