How do I filter all changes associated to a problem?

• I want to filter all changes associated to a problem and group them by type and add it in my dashboard. 
• Is there a possibility to perform cross entity filtering? Example: Filter all incidents for problems of high priority etc.

You can create a filter that looks at all incidents that are high priority.    the JQL would be something like this: issuetype = Incident AND priority = High
