No download/eport button :(

I'm not able to add plug ins due to company securrity measures. How do I get issues into another format?

Hi Claire, I'm not sure if by beta you mean a trial instance, but anyway if I'm not mistaken there's no export button from the backlog, what you can do is filter the issues according to the backlog you have and in there you can actually export them in Excel/CSV, hope this helps :)
